Margo Wilk

My name is Margo (she/her) and I am an ADHD+ coach specialising in supporting adults with ADHD and additional challenges, including Autism, OCD, Dyslexia, Anxiety, Depression, and more. Whether you’re looking to manage daily complexities or achieve professional goals, I’m here to help you navigate your challenges with confidence, compassion and clarity. I offer sessions tailored to your individual needs, in both English and Polish.

With the completion of the ADDCA Advanced ADHD Coaching Course and over 50 hours of specialised training in ADHD and coexisting challenges, I bring concrete evidence-based techniques to provide highly effective support. As a mother of four grown-ups, two of whom are neurodivergent, I have a personal understanding of the unique needs and strengths associated with neurodivergence.

Do you experience
any of these
co-existing challenges?

Research shows that 60% to 80% of individuals with ADHD have at least one additional condition. These overlapping challenges can add layers of complexity to your daily life.

By understanding the interplay between ADHD and co-existing conditions, I can effectively guide you through a tailored coaching process that addresses your unique needs, using specialised knowledge and the right kinds of tools.

You’re smart, capable and full of ideas, but something still feels off. You know you have the potential to achieve so much more, but everyday tasks can feel like climbing a mountain. You’re tired of the endless cycle of procrastination, distraction, and frustration. You’ve tried different methods, but nothing seems to stick, leaving you wondering why it’s so hard to stay on track.

You’re juggling so much—work, relationships, personal goals—yet it feels like you’re constantly falling behind. The anxiety of unfinished tasks and the pressure of unmet expectations weigh heavily on you. You want to be more organised, more focused, more in control—but getting there seems like a puzzle you can’t quite solve.

Harness your strengths and find strategies that work for you instead of against you

Imagine feeling in control of your time, your tasks, and your life—finally seeing progress and reaching the goals that have always felt just out of reach.

Embracing your neurodivergence isn’t about trying to fit into a mould that wasn’t made for you—it’s about redefining success on your terms and finding the path that works best for you. You’re capable of amazing things, and I’m here to help you unlock that potential.

I'm here to help you...

My coaching approach is centred around helping you better understand how your ADHD affects your ability to live well and achieve your goals. A key part of the coaching process explores what matters most to you to help you find a path that aligns with your values. The journey to reaching your goals can become that much easier and more fulfilling when done in agreement with your unique brain wiring.

We can deep dive into how to navigate specific challenges that arise when ADHD coexists with other conditions, gaining perspective on what exactly is causing these challenges and how to address them effectively.

My mission is to empower you to navigate your life with confidence and self-awareness, embracing your neurodivergence as part of your unique self. We work together to find effective ways to minimise and manage the difficulties that living in a neurotypical world may present, shifting the narrative so that you can progress on your journey.
